Flow chart:
1.Put the wafer to the feeding,
2.Put the two empty basket box on each basket board when there ware wafers in feeding;
3.Servo motor drives wafers move up to the appointed place;
4.Single-arm manipulator drives the sucker move to suck piece position;
5.Blow air separation unit starts working;
6.The sucker sucks the wafer and put the wafer to the both conveyor belt by turns;
7.The conveyor belt starts working, and send the wafers to the basket;
8.The buzzing will prompt to unload and change the empty basket When the two baskets are full wafers;;
