12V/24V auto.distinguish voltage 45A with LCD digital display

ENS12/24-45A solar charge controller is controlled by CPU. According to the voltage of battery, controller will adjust the charge current and decide whether to supply the loads electricity. The following is the detailed performance:
·Generally keep the battery on full voltage condition.
·Prevent the battery from over-charging.
·Prevent the battery from over-discharging.
·Prevent supplying electricity from the battery to solar panels during nights.
·Reverse Polarity Protection for Battery
·Reverse Polarity Protection for Solar panels
·When the current of load exceeds the rated one of controller, the controller will turn into the self-protection state and is automatically locked up, the screen shows Overload.
·Short Circuit happens; The Controller will turn into the self-protection state and is locked up, the screen show Short circuit.
·Low voltage happens to battery, the controller will automatically separate loads from system. When the voltage of battery goes up, the loads will automatically restart to work.
·Protection from the lightning strike
·When Controller is normally working, the LCD Screen will show New Charging Current (a dash-before the numeral), Discharging Current and Voltage of battery every 5 seconds.
·Controller is always counting Charging Current Hours and Discharging Current Hours of the Battery
·When controller start up, according to the voltage level of battery, Controller will self-setup the Charging-off voltage, the Load-off voltage, the Load-on voltage. These datum is tacitly approved under the standard environment temperature 25°C.
·According to varies system temperature, the controller will automatically compensate the temperature of the charging voltage.
·Users could setup the Charge-on or off voltage, the load-off voltage, the Load-on voltage, etc, according to their requirements.
·To prevent battery from over discharging, Controller will automatically control the lowest Load-off voltage of the load, which is no less than 10V (as per 12V battery) or 20V (as per 24V battery). If voltage of the battery is less than 10V (or 20V), the button - will stop working.
·To recover its defaults, please keep pressing down the button Menu for over 5 seconds.

Notice:
1.Be sure to connect correctly the positive and negative poles of the battery firstly ,the load ,and lastly solar panel .Don’t reverse.
2.Please check the rated voltage of solar panels. batteries, and load before connecting, Make sure their rated voltage should be all 12V(or 24V, or 48V )
3.Pay more attention to “+” and “-“ poles of solar panels, batteries, controller and loads during the process of connection.
4.The rated current of solar panels and loads must be lower than the controller .
MPPT principle:
The maximum power point is mainly affected by the ambient temperature and the intensity of sunshine. The intensity of sunshine being constant, the maximum output power decreases with the rise of the temperature. The temperature being constant, when the sunshine intensifies, the open circuit voltage of PV battery basically keeps unchanged. But the short circuit current increases substantially, thus the maximum output power increases substantially.

This WS-MPPT solar controller can intelligently regulate the working voltage of solar panels, letting the solar panels always work at Maximum Power Point of V-A curve. Compared with ordinary solar controller, this MPPT controller can increase the efficiency of PV modules by about 30%.

However, due to many different factors, such as the difference in solar panel making, the change the Sun illuminance, change in temperature, the efficiency of the controller etc., the actually available increased rate is 10%-30%.

How it works:
1) The operation of the solar collector is very simple.
2) Solar absorption: Solar radiation is absorbed by the solar tubes and converted into heat.

Solar Swimming Pool advantage:

You can significantly reduce swimming pool heating costs by installing a solar pool heater. They're cost competitive with both gas and heat pump pool heaters, and they have very low annual operating costs. Actually, solar pool heating is the most cost-effective use of solar energy in many climates.
Pool water is pumped through the filter and then through the solar collector(s), where it is heated before it is returned to the pool. In hot climates, the collector(s) can also be used to cool the pool during peak summer months by circulating the water through the collector(s) at night.
Some systems include sensors and an automatic or manual valve to divert water through the collector(s) when the collector temperature is sufficiently greater than the pool temperature. When the collector temperature is similar to the pool temperature, filtered water simply bypasses the collector(s) and is returned to the pool.
Solar pool collectors are made out of different materials. The type you'll need depends on your climate and how you intend to use the collector. If you'll only be using your pool when temperatures are above freezing, then you'll probably only need an unglazed collector system. Unglazed collectors don't include a glass covering (glazing). They are generally made of heavy-duty rubber or plastic treated with an ultraviolet (UV) light inhibitor to extend the life of the panels. Because of their inexpensive parts and simple design, unglazed collectors are usually less expensive than glazed collectors. These unglazed systems can even work for indoor pools in cold climates if the system is designed to drain back to the pool when not in use. Even if you have to shut the system down during cold weather, unglazed collectors may be more cost effective than installing a more expensive glazed collector system.
Glazed collector systems are generally made of copper tubing on an aluminum plate with an iron-tempered glass covering, which increases their cost. In colder weather, glazed collector systemswith heat exchangers and transfer fluidscapture solar heat more efficiently than unglazed systems. Therefore, they can be used year-round in many climates. Glazed collectors also can be used to heat year-round.
Both glazed and unglazed collector systems should include if they'll be used in colder conditions.
