Vacuum tube absorb solar energy and transfer to heat pipe via aluminium fin, heat pipe is heated and working liquid vaporize and rise to the top heat pipe condensor (condensor is inserted into the mainfold port inside the solar collector manifold), when the heat pipe condensor meet cold water flow inside the manifold port, the working liquid will cool down and fluidify return to the bottom of heat pipe, so once and once again repeat this process, so finall cold water(glycol) inside the manifold port will be heated.

The Principle of Thermosyphon (Solar collector)
Metal Heat Pipe Solar Thermal Collector consists of a evacuated tube, a heat pipe, a metal heat absorption wing and the connecting manifold. The metal heat absorption wing with selective absorption coating converts solar energy into heat energy and transfers it medium liquid inside. The vacuum between the two glass tubes works as insulation. The liquid in the heat pipe changes into vapor which rises to the condenser. When passing through the heat exchanger, the heat is absorbed and the temperature is lowed, and the vapor becomes liquid, returns to the base of the heat pipe. This transference of heat is a continuous circulation as long as the collector is heated by the sun.

SS serials is Thermosyphon solar water heater, That is a kind of solar water heating system that solar collector and storage are connected together with the cylinder storage on the top and collector panel on the bottom. There is no need of pump to push the fluid and no need of pipeline between the collector and storage. It is a simple and safe solution to get heat power from the sun.
Advantage:
1) The material of the outer tank is SUS304 2B stainless steel. The material of the inner tank is SUS304 2B stainless steel.
2) The life of the vacuum tubes is 15 years.
3) Stable and reliable performance, well resistance.
