High efficiency U piPE heat solar collector
The Tiantian heat pipe solar collector is mainly composed of heat pipe, manifold and frame. Heat energy from the heat pipe condenser transferred to the fluid in the header then converts it into usable heat.
The heat pipe consists of vacuum glass tube, copper heat pipe and Al heat transfer fins. Vacuum tube transfers sunlight into heat energy, and then into the heat transferring fluid by fins around the copper heat pipe. Finally the energy will released at the condenser of the heat pipe inside the header.

(1)High efficiency vacuum tube with selective coating, absorptivity arrives to 96±2% and low emissivity 4±2%;

The Tiantian heat pipe solar collector is mainly composed of heat pipe, manifold and frame. Heat energy from the heat pipe condenser transferred to the fluid in the header then converts it into usable heat.
The heat pipe consists of vacuum glass tube, copper heat pipe and Al heat transfer fins. Vacuum tube transfers sunlight into heat energy, and then into the heat transferring fluid by fins around the copper heat pipe. Vacuum Tube Solar Thermal Collector Working Principle:
Khos solar thermal collectors use fluid circulation (usually water or an antifreeze solution) to transfer the heat for direct use or storage in an insulated tank . Water/glycol has a high thermal capacity and is perfer in cold climates. The direct radiation is captured via the evacuated tubes absorbs the radiation as heat and conducts it to heat pipe then the transfer fluid in the manifold made of copper. Metal makes a good thermal conductor, especially copper and aluminium. The fluid carries away the absorbed heat, thus cooling the manifold (see fig 2 above). The warmed fluid leaving the collector is either directly stored, or else passes through a heat exchanger to warm another tank of water, or is used to heat a building directly. The temperature differential across an efficient solar collector is usually only 10 or 20°C. While a large differential may seem impressive, it is in fact an indication of a less efficient design.

How Heat Pipe Solar thermal Collector working?
1) The operation of the solar collector is very simple.
2) Solar absorption: solar radiation is absorbed by the solar tubes and converted into heat.
3) Solar heat transfer: heat pipes conduct the heat from within the solar tube up to the header pipe
4) Solar energy storage: water is circulated through the header, via intermittent pump cycling.Each time the water circulates through the header, the temperatures is raised by 5-10C. Throughout the day, the water in the tank is gradually heated.

Working Principle
1. Skylight Temperature difference circulation: When the temperature difference between collector and tank reaches the setting starting value, the circulation pump start working to exchange the heat. When the temperature difference reaches the programmed shutdown value, the circulation pump will stop working.
2. Skylight Frost circulation: When the collector temperature drops below the programmed frost protection value, the circulation pump start working. When the tank temperature drops below 4 degree, the auxiliary heating element starts to heat the water till 20 degree, and close the auxiliary heating element. When the collector temperature rises to 7 degree, the circulation pump will stop working.
3. Skylight Auxiliary heating: When the temperature of the water at the top of tank drops below the programmed opening value, the auxiliary heating element starts to work. When it rises to the programmed closing value, the auxiliary heating element will stop working. Three different heating periods can be set every day.
High temperature protection: When the collector temperature rises to the programmed maximum value, the emergency shutdown function will start and the circulating pump will stop, in order to avoid damaging the solar system components because of high temperature.
4. Skylight Cooling protection: When the collector temperature rises to the maximum value, the circulation pump starts to work, until the collector temperature drops or the tank temperature rises to 95 degree. (Tank emergency shutdown temperature)
