Features of pressurized heat pipe solar collector:
1,The solar collector is pressurized, so it can working under 10bar pressure.
2,The solar collector is separated with solar tank, so it can install at any sunshine place.
3,All the tube is high borosilicate glass, the coating is CU/SS/ALN,have more heating efficiency.
4,Inside of vacuum tube, there are aluminium fin and copper heat pipe, acceleration heat transfer
5,The tube is closed, no water into vacuum tube, has a good ability to antifreeze in cold weather.
6,Internal of solar manifold, have copper flow passage, liquid is heated inside of copper flow passage, it’s just as heat transfer media, the liquid is not for use directly, so the liquid can be pure water, also it can be anti-freeze or others heat transfer liquid.
