Features:
The control microprocessor built in NB500k inverter is the latest world famous brand 32-bit DSP chip, which is suitable for floating point arithmetic and has a better open and close loop control in the inverting process due to the advantages of lower self consumption, faster calculation and more accurate sampling. The IGBT selected is the latest Infineon product that will further improve the efficiency and stability because it is more stable and has lower switching loss. In control arithmetic, comprehensive applications of space vector PWM technology, optimal efficient data process method, fuzzy PI control theory and humanized design thought have ensured the product features of high quality, stability, reliability and affinity.
Advantages:
1 The power unit is well designed with heat flow simulation, which has a better thermo-stability than traditional one. The controlled air cooling and efficient air flue design has not only effectively reduced the energy loss but also decreased the self loss of inverter, therefore to extend the `lifetime of power unit.
2 The well proven voltage loop and current loop control technology, which is critical to high efficiency conversion, has maximally drawn energy from the polar PV module with the pre-transformer efficiency reaching 98.6%.
