The solar power generator mainly consists of solar panel, charging controller,
DC-AC inverter and storage battery. It is a system that can turn the sunlight energy
directly to electricity.
The solar panel of the solar power system can be divided into three types
monocrystalline silicon, polycrystalline silicon, noncrystalline silicon. The
monocrystalline silicon is made from high purity monocrystalline silicon bans and the
purity is over 99.999%. The polycrystalline silicon is a material containing of multiple
small silicon crystals. It melted and cated from useless, secondary monocrystalline material

and the convertion efficiency is about 14%.
The monocrystalline silicon and polycrystalline silicon are laminated from the
excellent materials steel glass and anti-aging EVA,. They are of lots of good features anti-
acid, anti-blend, the lifetime is about 20-25years.

array, then to be covered with suitable stand. Its function is turning radiation energy to
direct current.

2. Charging controller
In the solar power system, the basic function of charging
controller is to provide battery with the best charging current and voltage. Besides, during
the process of charging, it also helps to cut down loss, thus prolong the batteries service life.
And prevent battery from being either over–charged or discharged

3. Storage battery
Storage battery stores the direct current generated by solar cell
array so as to supply power for the solar power system, and the battery is always in floating charging and discharging condition.

4. inverter
DC-AC inverter is a equipment that turn DC current generated by the solar
cell array such as 12VDC, 24VDC, to alternating current (220V). When total voltage of the load beyond the rated voltage of the solar power system or short-circuit, the inverter will automatically stop the working system to protect the whole system.
