1. Features
(1)High efficiency vacuum tube with selective coating, absorptivity arrives to 96±2% and low emissivity 4±2%;
(2)The heat pipe has a low thermal capacity, and rapid heat exchange (1000 times of copper heat exchange rate), heat exchange rate is up to 99%. The startup is fast, when heat pipe is heated to 25 °C, within 5s, it will transfer heat;
(3) Special “TJ”design, make higher operation pressure, test pressure up to 11kg/cm2;
(4)No water flow in vacuum tube, no water scale, no tube explosion, even at -40°C;
(5) Rapid startup make it can get heat energy even under cloudy weather;
(6) Module design, easy to be installed and shipped. It can still working even several of the vacuum tubes broken, maintenance can be done no need to stop the system operation.
(7) Heat pipe make heat transfers in one way, avoid heat backflow in the night or bad weather.
