split soalr water heater system working principle:
When temperature difference between solar collector and water tank reaches the pre-set value, the controller shall start the circulation pump automatically
The circulation pump makes medium liquid (mixture of glycol and water in a special ratio or water only)circulate in a close loop or an open loop. the medium liquid transfers heat to water by the the heat exchanger in the water tank..
When the temperature of the water tank does not reach the pre-set water using temperature during the period of supplying water, the controller will start the auxiliary heating booster, such as electrical booster or gas booster.
On the condition that the water tank temperature has already reached the ore-set value, the controller will stop circulation pump to avoid tank overheating.

Feature:
The split solar water heater is composed by heat collector, storage tank, controller, working station, extension tank and connection parts. Collector is separated from storage tank. Any they are connected by cooper pipes with heat preservation material outside.
Module design, all parts of different specification can be assembled easily and freely according to the actual need. Full intelligent control without manual operation once the program is set.
Thy system can be combined with other heating equipments, such as gas boiler, electrical boiler, and floor heating system.
