Flow chart:
1.
Open the power source and equipment enter into the automatic operation and open the automatic key.
2.
Guided the wafer which put the filled 25P basket into the discharging workstation and put the emptied 50P basket into the receiving workstation into the equipment and then presses the start key.
3.
Equipment will enter into the automatic guided piece, when the first wafer arrival led to the end of transfer trajectory, the stretch trajectory will enter into the basket, the servo system will rise and achieve blanking.
4.
The equipment will alarm when empty the 25P basket and full in 50P basket, reminding worker to change basket.
5.
When the equipment has fragments, the equipment will alarm, reminding the worker to change the basket.

The equipment is double workstation designed ,independent and noninterference, if one side is go wrong, the other side is also can continue working.
