Glass evacuated solar collector tube -Solar Water Heater

1. High pressure withstanding ability
2. High absorption efficiency
3. CE ISO:2008
4. Stable and ageing-resistant coating

Material: Borosilicate glass 3.3
We only source from good manufacturers the best borosilicate glass 3.3 that is produced in China. It should have the ability to withstand high temperature and high pressure, as well as high sunlight transparency which is above 0.91. The best material is the first step to produce products with highest quality. We are always paying not only more money but also great attention to this.

Selective coating: SS-C/Cu
The out surface of the inner tube is double coated with stainless steel and copper when adopting the newest magnetron sputtering coating technology. This type of selective coating (SS-C/Cu) can endure very high temperature. This is important because the tube is exposed in high temperature to evacuate the jacket between the inner tube and the outer tube. The solar energy absorption ability should be above 0.88.

Vacuum jacket
The inner and the outer tube been sealed together, the tube is exposed in high temperature to evacuate the gas from the jacket between the inner and the outer tube. The vacuum degree should be lower than 3.0×10
-3
(Pa). The vacuum jacket is an ideal insulation protecting the heat energy in the tube.
