Off-Grid Sinusoidal Inverting Controller 300VA (Isolated)
Introduction:
NB600/24-220ZB inverting controller has no built-in battery box and external battery box will be required.
With MOSFET (made by US Fairchild Semiconductor Corporate) and Microchip signal processor have been built in the main circuit, this power supply has the features of high inverting efficiency and stable output voltage. This power supply is designed with various protective measures such as DC input overvoltage and under-voltage protection, reverse polarity protection, overload and short circuit protection for AC output to ensure the technical and reliability data to be met.
Application:
NB600/24-220ZB inverting controller will form a stand alone solar power system added with PV module and battery to generate power wherever having sun irradiation. The system can be used as utilities in the following places:
1 Remote mountain area, unattended frontier defense and island;
2 Communication base station and field operation;
3 Power demonstration project, landscape lighting, street light and billboard lighting;
4 Expressway, unmanned area lighting, camera shooting and telephone;
5 Oil field power supply for oil extraction equipment.

1 Boost, Isolation and Sinusoidal Waveform Generation by Power Frequency Transformer
With single stage power frequency transformer topology being adopted for boost, isolation and generation of sinusoidal waveform, it has the features of simple and reliable structure and good overload capacity. Its protective functions can be achieved in low voltage conditions. Since power frequency transformer is located between inverting power supply and load, the inverter is able to run stably and reliably with strong overload capacity and shock resistance ability.
2 SPWM Signal Generated by Software
Since SPWM signal is generated by software, the hardware circuit is simple and the system is stable, because traditionally SPWM signal was generated by synchronization of reference sinusoidal signal and triangle (saw tooth) signal, which would definitely result in complicated hardware circuit and low reliability.
3 Perfect Protective Functions
This power supply is designed with various protective measures such as DC input overvoltage protection, under-voltage protection, battery overcharge protection, night reverse charge protection, input reverse polarity protection for PV battery, overload and short circuit protection for AC output, and it can effectively ensure the system to operate normally and prevent any damage to the system even in the extreme situations.
