S-150 SOLAR POWER INVERTERS;

1.Solar power inverters adopt bridge,
2.producing 50hz sine voltage and current signal.
S-150 Solar power inverters adopt output bridge, producing 50Hz sine voltage and current signal. If the above switch conducts the below one, a positive voltage will be on loading between terminals, otherwise a negative voltage. In this case, only one switch can conduct at a certain time. One switch can be converted to PWM high frequency, the other one to below 50Hz low frequency. Due to the bootstrap circuit depends on the low-end devices, the low-end devices are converted to the PWM high frequency, while the high end ones to the below 50Hz frequency. These switching devices will inherit reverse recovery current from all other devices when switch conducts, making it an ideal choice for quick recovering Super-junction devices such as 600V FCH47N60F. Therefore, the IGBT can reduce the total loss of the output bridge, so as to improve the overall efficiency of the inverter.
